Totally fake. The real Voice Control app closes the same way it opens, sliding off the screen upwards and downwards, not shrinking to the center like a typical app.
This was probably done on an ipt2g, with the Voice Control app being a played back video or a lookalike installed via Cydia.

You can spot it’s fake from the voice control when you press the home button, the default voice control just slides away. It doesn’t get sucked like other apps…

This is fake. Voice control exits at the top and the bottom, unlike a normal app. You are running an app with a movie embedded in it and therefore this is an iPod touch 2g.

THIS IS FAKE. VOICE CONTROL DOES NOT CLOSE THAT WAY. VOICE CONTROL HAS A TAG CLOUD OF SORTS, THIS VOICE CONTROL DOES NOT. ALSO VOICE CONTROL FADES AWAY AND IS EXITED BY THE EARBUDS NOT THE HOMEBUTTON.

“Voice Control” Fake?
Hum…. Looks fake to me. If you look closely, after the shut down (and immediately after reboot) he puts the device down. If you look closely the frame skips and the cable moves slightly though nothing is touching it. Looks to me as-if the camera was stopped, the ipod removed, a boot started w/ tether, then put back into position, the camera turned on and allowed to finish the boot.
I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think so. I wonder if they’ll block this post, or refund the money they’re stealing from people if this is in fact a lie. It’s theft, plain and simple, to ask for money for something you did not do.
